To split the Pistol for cleaning first remove the magazine and articulate the weapon. Wow this gun is so good. The quality has diddled me away. I'grand sure some parts aren't metal just the majority of information technology is, and wow what a gun. The slide safety is crawly so is the trigger safety. This gun is an absolute bargain.
